    We want you to be satisfied with your Twin Hill purchases. If that is not the case, we'll gladly accept merchandise for return, provided it:

    • Is in new condition
    • Hasn't been washed, dry cleaned, worn, altered or soiled in any way
    • Is accompanied by a completed return and form
    • Returned within 90 days

     

    Returns from and outside the United States must be received by our warehouse within 90 days of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse and after processing, you will receive the credit to your original form of payment.

    Apparel must be unworn in new condition with original tags attached, hasn’t been washed, dry cleaned, worn, altered or soiled in any way. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.  Final sale items are not eligible for a return, and or credit

    Begin your return online today with the below steps:

    Your return process begins with you creating a request online, printing your return form, and mailing the items back to us. 

    Step 1: Login your online ordering site

    Step 2: Navigate to your order history within the “My Account” screen and Click on “View My Order History/Status”

    Step 3: Locate and confirm your order.  You can view the Order Number and Order Date.

     

    Step 4: Click “View Invoices” and Click “Invoice ID”. Some orders may contain multiple invoices due to multiple item shipments.

     

    Step 5: Click the button “Start Return”.

     

     

    Step 6: Walk through the return steps by selecting the items you wish to return and choose a return reason and click “Continue Return”.

     

     

    Step 7: Submit your return and print your online return form. The return form must be included in your package.

     

    Step 8: Mail your items back to Twin Hill. Please be sure to maintain copies of your return form and the return tracking number. Contact customer service or begin an online chat today for assistance.

    Exchange

    At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you may place a new order via the online store. If the return is a result of a product defect or quality issue, we will refund the shipping charges on your replacement order.
