- Is in new condition
- Hasn't been washed, worn, laundered or altered
- Is accompanied by a completed return and exchange form
- Returned within 90 days

Twin Hill orders shipped in the US, create your return/exchange form online by logging into your account, my account section and select the order associated with the items to begin your return or exchange process. Do not forget to print the form and include with your packaging.
Orders Shipped to Canada not purchased by credit card

International orders purchased by credit card
International Twin Hill orders made with Borderfree have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. For a refund that includes duties, taxes and tariffs, please contact Twin Hill customer service and ask them to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization form on behalf of Borderfree. Then mail the completed form with your item(s) to Borderfree.
